From the foundation slab to the final coat of paint, every product we install is selected for its environmental credentials. We specify zero-VOC and natural paints, recycled-content and rapidly renewable flooring, plant-based and recycled insulation, and low-impact adhesives and sealants throughout. Our procurement team vets every product against EPDs, Declare labels, and Health Product Declarations — so you know exactly what's in your building and where it came from.

We manage the entire LEED certification process — from credit strategy and documentation to third-party review and final submission. Our LEED APs have guided homes to Silver, Gold, and Platinum ratings across custom builds, passive houses, and residential developments.

Existing homes represent the largest opportunity for carbon reduction. We assess, design, and execute high-performance retrofits — from envelope upgrades and mechanical system replacements to renewable energy integration and smart home controls — delivering measurable energy savings and improved comfort for your family.

Our zero-waste-to-landfill commitment applies to every home we build. We use precision prefabrication to eliminate offcuts, partner with regional recyclers and material reuse organizations, and track every waste stream on site. Our projects consistently divert 95% or more of construction waste from landfill — and we publish the numbers.
